Build a funnel to manage innovation in your business

You are one of those companies that are always on top of innovation, therefore you need to think how to manage any idea and any opportunity that your team is generating or is scouting outside. The innovation funnel is the right high level process to manage such ideas and opportunities. Building an innovation funnel is essential to manage innovation. To travel across the funnel, an idea has to respond to different requirements and criteria, and has to be developed, accordingly. Every time you move an idea into a new phase of the funnel, you need to clearly understand if it is in line with the strategy, whether your customer will buy or not, if it is feasible, scalable and marketable... and it is not over.
